Summer Program Audition Results

Dancers are notified of audition results via email within two weeks of auditioning for our program. If you have not received an email three weeks after your audition, please contact Emily Waenink.

How to Reserve Your Place in Our Program

Once you are accepted into the LINES Ballet Summer Program, you will need to mail the following materials to secure your place in the program:

  • Registration Packet
  • Payment Sheet
    Session One
    Session Two
  • Non-refundable Deposit
    Session One: $300 (Note: Session One students, who plan to stay in chaperoned housing, please include your $100 Chaperone Fee with this payment for a total of $400)
    Session Two: $450

Important Dates

Session One:
Monday, April 30: Final tuition payment, Physician's Release, and final paperwork due to LINES Summer Program. This is a post-mark deadline and more information will be sent in email at a later date.
Tuesday, June 12: move-in day. *Please note, the Summer Program does not provide transportation from the airport to the housing facilities. We recommend Super Shuttle as a safe and convenient way to travel from the airport.
Wednesday, June 13: first day of LINES Ballet Summer Program. The day will begin at 8:30am at LINES Ballet for ALL dancers.
Wednesday, July 11: performance at the Fort Mason Center, Cowell Theater at 7:30pm.
Thursday, July 12: move-out day.

Session Two:
Monday, May 14: Final tuition payment, Physician's Release, and final paperwork due to LINES Summer Program. This is a post-mark deadline and more information will be sent in email at a later date.
Monday, July 16: move-in day. We will hold Orientation in the evening at LINES Ballet, time TBA.
Tuesday, July 17: first day of LINES Ballet Summer Program. The day will begin at 9am at LINES Ballet for ALL dancers.
Friday, August 17: performance at the Fort Mason Center, Cowell Theater at 8pm.
Saturday, August 18: move-out day.

Schedule:
The program runs Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm, with a half-day typically on Saturday. Sunday will usually be your day off. The schedule varies because we stagger start/end times for levels, to help with traffic in the building and make the best use of studio space. Dancers will never start before 9am and, with the exception of possible rehearsals at the end of the program, will never finish after 6pm.

Session One Final Housing Payment: $1,000
Session One Final Tuition Payment: $1,475, unless you received financial aid
Note: Session One students who are staying in housing, please include your housing and tuition payments for a total of $2,475. You may select "Final Tuition Payment" as the payment type.
